Safety Officer

**Job Title: Safety Officer** **Salary:** AED 3,000 – 5,000 **Location:** UAE **Experience Required:** 3+ Years (UAE experience preferred) **Industry Preference:** Construction / MEP / Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of workplace safety standards, risk assessment, and compliance with UAE health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies on site * Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits * Identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HSE regulations * Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and safety reports * Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports * Maintain records of safety inspections, permits, and incident logs * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors for safe work execution * Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all workers Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or related field * NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory * Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer * Strong knowledge of HSE standards and UAE safety regulations * Good communication and reporting skills * Immediate joiners preferred Benefits: * Company Accommodation (if applicable) * Transportation * Medical Insurance * Visa and other company benefits as per UAE labor law Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
