WE'RE HIRING — SALES & ADMIN OFFICER Location: Tilal city, Sharjah , UAE Company: PSA Academy (Pro Sports Services LLC) Salary: AED 3,250 – AED 4,000 + Commission (based on experience) Start Date: Immediate Type: Full-time, on-site ABOUT PSA ACADEMY PSA Academy is one of the UAE's leading multi-sport academies, established in 2014 and operating across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. With 3,000+ students and 10+ venues, we deliver football, gymnastics, swimming, basketball, and tennis programmes to children and families across the country. We are now expanding our team at our Ajman venue and looking for a highly motivated Sales & Admin Officer to drive growth, manage operations, and deliver a high-quality experience to our parents and students. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Sales & Admin Officer at our Ajman Academy, you will be the face of PSA at the venue — responsible for sales conversion, parent communication, daily operations, and ensuring smooth running of all programmes. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, coaches, and walk-in customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Customer Acquisition * Convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, email) into enrolled students * Conduct facility tours and trial sessions for prospective parents * Follow up consistently on warm leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp * Achieve monthly sales targets across football and gymnastics programmes * Cross-sell additional programmes and sibling enrolments * Maintain accurate lead tracking on Classcard CRM Administration & Operations * Manage daily venue operations including class scheduling, attendance, and reporting * Handle student enrolments, renewals, package upgrades, and payment processing * Coordinate with the Operations Manager and coaching staff to ensure smooth class delivery * Maintain student records, performance reports, and parent communication logs * Manage Classcard CRM. Parent Communication * Be the primary point of contact for all parent enquiries, complaints, and feedback * Resolve parent issues professionally and escalate to management when needed * Send weekly updates and reminders to parents (schedules, events, invoices) * Maintain parent WhatsApp groups and email databases Finance & Reporting * Process payments, generate invoices, and follow up on outstanding fees * Submit weekly sales and attendance reports to senior management * Track and reconcile cash collections at the venue * Manage petty cash and small operational expenses with proper documentation Venue & Compliance * Ensure the venue meets PSA's standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation * Conduct daily opening and closing checks * Ensure all coaches and staff adhere to attendance and uniform policies * Coordinate with school management on any operational matters * Manage stock of kits, equipment, and marketing materials REQUIREMENTS Must-Have: * 1–3 years of experience in sales, admin, customer service, or front-desk roles (preferably in education, sports, fitness, or hospitality) * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email management * Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision * Confident on the phone and in face-to-face customer interactions * High attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Currently residing in the UAE with a valid visa or visa transferable * Willing to work weekends and evenings (as per academy operating hours) Nice-to-Have: * Arabic language skills (verbal and written) — strong advantage * Previous experience working with CRM tools (Classcard, HubSpot, Salesforce) * Background in sports academy, school administration, or kids' education sector * Driving licence and access to own vehicle * Experience in lead conversion or B2C sales with a track record of meeting targets WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive base salary: AED 3,250 – AED 4,000 (based on experience) * Performance-based commission on enrolment targets * Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law * Medical insurance * Visa & employment under PRO Sports Services LLC * Career growth in a fast-growing UAE-based academy * Training and development opportunities * Friendly, supportive team environment WORKING HOURS Full-time — typically split shifts to align with academy operating hours, including weekends.
