Position: **Business Development & Marketing Manager** Millennium Business Solutions – Dubai, UAE Millennium Business Solutions is seeking a highly connected, ambitious, and results-driven professional to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. * Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Business Setup, Investment Services, Banking, Corporate Services, Amer, or Tasheel * Experience in investment departments, banking, investor relations, or business consultancy services * Senior-level experience in Amer or Tasheel services is highly preferred * Strong knowledge of legal cases, government procedures, and corporate transactions * Proven ability to generate business and close deals independently * Strong network of investors, business owners, and corporate clients within the UAE * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * car and hold a valid UAE driving license-Preffered Compensation & Benefits: * Basic Salary + 20% Commission on Successfully Closed Deals * Professional Growth Opportunities * Supportive Corporate Environment * Unlimited Earning Potential Based on Performance * Employment visa and additional benefits will be provided after successful completion of the performance evaluation period.
