Sales and Marketing Manager (with Tadbeer Experience) * Reports to: General Manager / Administrative Manager * Supervises: Marketing Coordinators * Coordinates and communicates with: Center staff and employees Job Responsibilities: * Develop marketing strategies for the center’s products and services. * Lead, train, and support marketing coordinators and staff. * Identify potential new markets and develop market entry plans. * Manage the marketing department budget and ensure spending achieves a positive return on investment (ROI). * Improve the marketability and profitability of products and services through market research, identifying opportunities, and coordinating service and package development offered by the center. * Negotiate and communicate with third-party marketing agents to supply qualified candidates to the center, as requested by the Center Manager. * Oversee digital marketing activities in coordination with the company’s media coordinator. * Monitor workforce status and ensure necessary adjustments are completed before penalties or fines are incurred whenever possible. * Follow up on the collection of payments related to completed client contracts. * Coordinate with Agents and the center’s clients Work Location: In person
