With a strong presence across the printing and packaging sectors, we pride ourselves on providing reliable products and services that meet our clients’ evolving needs. **Role Overview** We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities. **Key Responsibilities** \* Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. \* Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, order follow-ups, and reporting. \* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. \* Support price negotiations and deal closures, and conduct market research for new opportunities. \* Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure performance excellence. \* Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility. **Qualifications & Experience** \* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. \* 4– 10 years of sales experience, preferably in trading or printing industry \* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. \* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Education: * Master's (Required) Experience: * Printing industry: 2 years (Required) Language: * English, Hindi (Required) License/Certification: * UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required) Work Location: In person
