**Sales Associate** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **About the Role** We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help generate new business, manage leads, maintain sales records, and support the achievement of monthly sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and partners. * Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals. * Maintain and update customer information in CRM software. * Manage the sales pipeline and manage walk-in inquiries. * Build strong customer relationships and support sales growth. * Work closely with the Sales Manager on sales activities and strategies. * Meet sales targets and provide regular sales updates. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of sales experience. * Experience using CRM software and managing sales records. * Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred** * Proven sales achievements. * Experience in education, training, retail, service, or B2B sales. **Candidate Requirements** * Valid UAE residence visa (own visa preferred). * Ability to commute reliably. * Willingness to grow with the company and take on greater responsibilities. **Benefits** * AED 2,000 monthly salary. * Performance-based commission. * Career growth opportunities. * Supportive work environment.
