Sales Audit Consultant

Company Overview SM&B is a small and growing company specialized in online executive education. We promote and manage admissions for international MBA and DBA programs offered in partnership with different European universities. Our candidates are mainly professionals, managers, executives and entrepreneurs from French-speaking and English-speaking countries around the world. Our sales team currently includes 5 remote sales representatives working online across different countries. Leads are mainly generated through Google Ads and managed through our CRM system. We are looking for an experienced Sales Process Consultant to audit, structure, improve and monitor our sales process. **Mission of the Role** The consultant will review our current sales process, identify gaps, improve follow-up methods, define clear KPIs, and help management track and control sales performance more effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales management, preferably in executive education, online education, higher education, training programs, or international admissions. Experience with remote sales teams and CRM-based sales processes is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Audit the full sales process from lead generation to candidate enrollment. * Review how leads from Google Ads are handled by the sales team. * Analyze the use of CRM for calls, follow-ups, lead tracking and conversion. * Identify missing steps, weaknesses, gaps and improvement opportunities. * Define clear KPIs for the sales team. * Create a structured follow-up process for prospects and candidates. * Help management monitor sales activity, call quality and conversion rates. * Recommend improvements in sales scripts, candidate follow-up and lead nurturing. * Support the organization of remote sales team management. * Advise on how to improve productivity, accountability and sales performance. * Help create reporting systems to track leads, calls, appointments, applications and enrollments. * Provide practical recommendations adapted to a small and growing company. **Required Profile** * Proven experience in sales, sales management, sales audit, or sales process improvement. * Experience managing or advising remote sales teams. * Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking. * Experience in online education, executive education, higher education, training programs, admissions, or international student recruitment is highly preferred. * Good understanding of lead generation through digital marketing, especially Google Ads. * Ability to identify sales gaps and propose practical solutions. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to create KPIs, dashboards, follow-up processes and sales control systems. * Comfortable working with a small, growing and international team. * Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. **Preferred Experience** * Experience with executive education, online programs, or professional training. * Experience selling to international candidates or professionals. * Experience working with French-speaking and English-speaking markets. * Experience improving sales conversion rates from digital leads. * Experience training or coaching sales teams. **Languages** * French: required * English: required **Work Environment** * Remote or hybrid, depending on the consultant’s location. * International environment. * Flexible collaboration. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has already managed or audited a sales team in the education or online services sector. They understand how remote sales teams work, how CRM follow-ups should be structured, and how to transform leads into enrolled students through a clear and controlled sales process.
