We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and professional **Sales & Business Development Executive** to join our growing organization specializing in maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and landscaping services. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client portfolio across residential, commercial, retail, and corporate sectors while promoting our comprehensive range of property improvement and maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and landscaping sectors.
* Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, site visits, cold calling, and business development activities.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Prepare professional quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
* Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to successfully convert leads into projects.
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, property managers, and facility management companies.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
* Coordinate closely with operations, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Attend client meetings, site inspections, networking events, and business presentations as a company representative.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, quotations, and project progress using company systems.
* Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales and business development within maintenance, fit-out, renovation, landscaping, construction, facilities management, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and corporate project requirements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
* Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* UAE market experience is highly preferred.
* Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
