**Fixen Technical Services LLC** is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales & Business Development Executive** to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in **maintenance, renovation, fit-out, landscaping, or technical services** who is passionate about generating new business and building long-term client relationships.
As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, securing new projects, and promoting our comprehensive range of property maintenance and improvement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, and corporate sectors.
* Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and client meetings.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Prepare professional quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
* Follow up on proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with estimation, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Represent the company at client meetings, site inspections, and networking events.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
* Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales or business development within maintenance, fit-out, renovation, landscaping, construction, facilities management, or technical services.
* Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and corporate project requirements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* UAE market experience is highly preferred.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
