We're Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager (Odoo ERP) — Dubai, UAE We want someone who can open doors, not just knock on them. Technova is a certified Odoo Silver Partner in Dubai, delivering end-to-end ERP transformation for businesses across the UAE. As we scale, we need a sharp, driven BDM to own our growth engine — from first conversation to signed contract. --- What You'll Own: ✅ Build and execute a pipeline of qualified ERP opportunities across UAE businesses ✅ Engage C-level and owner-level decision-makers with a consultative sales approach ✅ Lead the full sales cycle — discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close ✅ Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels in the UAE market ✅ Track forecasts, monitor market trends, and report pipeline health to leadership ✅ Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to craft winning proposals --- What Makes You a Fit: * Proven B2B sales record with consistent target achievement * Background in ERP, SaaS, or business software sales * Understanding of Odoo ERP — hands-on knowledge is a strong advantage * Awareness of AI and automation trends in business operations * UAE market experience and an existing network is a plus * Strong communication in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field --- What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure * Office-based role — Dubai, Al Safa * Clear path to sales leadership as the team grows * Work alongside an experienced, delivery-focused Odoo team * Laptop and SIM card with unlimited calls Pay: AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
