The role is responsible for managing the full vehicle sales process, from handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations to completing contracts and delivering vehicles, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities and Duties1- Manage customer inquiries and create sales quotations through the Autoline system.2- Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate vehicle and pricing details.3- Collect required customer documents and complete sales contracts.4- Coordinate with Sales Administration for invoice preparation and documentation.5- Guide customers through the payment process and finalize transactions.6- Deliver vehicles to customers and explain vehicle features and usage.7- Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed and signed.8- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to confirm satisfaction after delivery.9- Maintain accurate records and follow company sales procedures.Required Qualification1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).2- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service.3- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4- Knowledge of CRM systems (Autoline preferred).5- Customer-focused with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.6- Good command of Arabic and English.Apply: Send your CV to
