Sales Coordinator

**Job Title: Sales Coordinator - English Speaking** **Company:** Crystal Arc Factory LLC **Location:** Al Moosa Tower 1 **Department:** Sales **Reports To:** Sales Manager **Job Summary:** We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely communication between teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, activities, and follow-ups. * Manage the sales pipeline and monitor leads and opportunities. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, reports, and documentation. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related correspondence. * Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client inquiries. * Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support. * Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing. * Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review. * Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business. * Support marketing and promotional initiatives when required. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or similar roles. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication in **English**. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Experience in sales tracking and reporting is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Career growth opportunities within a reputed organization Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
