We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately driving new business for Qureos.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct market research and identify potential leads
* Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation
* Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
* Keep accurate records of all communication with leads in our CRM system
* Provide regular updates and reports on your performance and progress to the sales manager
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation strategies
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
