Sales Engineer

**Job Description** **Position Description –** Sales Engineer. **Reports To:** Operation Manager**.** **Job Status:** Full Time **About the job** A highly reputable, rapidly growing industrial company seeks an experienced, outstanding Sales Representative with Outside Sales and Business-to-Business (B2B) experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in specialized parts, mechanical knowledge of hydraulic cylinder and hose equipment, and service and repair. **Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities** The Sales Representative will act on behalf of Al Rayan Technical & Maintenance by creating value for current and future customers, managing client relationships, and relaying customer and market information back to Executive Leadership. This is a commission position for an experienced Sales Representative or Account Manager looking to partner with a rapidly growing, service-orientated company. * Sales rep will manage all client communications and report any issues to Business Partners * Organize a layout to follow up with all clients and submit weekly agenda to Lead. * Conduct daily, and weekly follow-up with current and prospective clients. * Ask clients for referrals. * Recommend products to customers based on customer’s needs and interests. * Maintain records, reports, and notes on daily orders and phone conversations with customers. * Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. * Submit detailed summaries, daily and weekly, of issues on accounts and suggest resolutions. * Build and maintain customer relationships; provide technical product information to customer support and prepare thorough and accurate quotes, order acknowledgments, samples, etc. * Attend training and sales meetings to stay current with all company products. * Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. * Comply with all company rules, policies, and procedures. **Qualifications** * Preferred: 6+ years of sales experience in industrial/mechanics/Fluid Power * Ability to work independently – progressively and creatively. * Know the basics of Mechanical operations of heavy machinery or job sites. * Independently identify areas of need and give feedback to Business Partners * Ability to work independently, in Office or Remotely * Comfortable at Job Sites, Project Management Meetings, And Person Contact * Strong and Ethical daily work management * Strong written and verbal skills in English.
