Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out (2-3 Years Experience)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Engineer** with proven experience in the UAE fit-out industry. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads into projects. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. We offer a **competitive salary plus an attractive commission structure** based on performance, along with strong growth opportunities within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector * Generate leads through networking, site visits, consultants, and contractors * Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, consultants, and developers * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements * Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with estimation team * Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to secure projects * Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project handover * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies in Abu Dhabi * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain updated CRM records and sales reports **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/electrical engineering / Interior Design / Architecture / Business or related field * 1–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out sales (mandatory) * Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction and fit-out market * **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)** * Good understanding of interior fit-out works (civil, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, etc.) * Ability to read drawings and understand project scope * Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills * Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets **Preferred Skills:** * Existing network of consultants, contractors, and developers in Abu Dhabi * Experience in commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects * Strong presentation and proposal skills * Ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles * Knowledge of competitor pricing and market conditions Work Location: In person
