Sales Engineer - Interior Fitouts / HVAC Contracting

About the Role SAM Interior Fitouts is a premium turnkey fit-out and renovation division of Saqr Al Mulook Technical Services LLC, delivering luxury interior solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors in the UAE. With a reputation built on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team to drive business growth across Dubai and the wider UAE market and are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Engineer to generate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out, renovation, construction, and HVAC contracting, The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities * Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms. * Identify and approach potential clients for interior fit-out, renovation, construction, and maintenance projects. * Attend client meetings and understand project requirements. * Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals. * Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, and developers. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Attend site visits and support project handovers when required. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 1–2 years of sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, HVAC, MEP, or Building Materials. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. * UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
