About the Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Online Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for e-commerce brands, building relationships, pitching partnership opportunities, and closing deals that drive mutual growth. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research, and prospect e-commerce brands that align with our partnership offering.
- Reach out to brand decision-makers (founders, marketing leads, partnership managers) via email, LinkedIn, video calls, and other digital channels.
- Pitch tailored partnership proposals that clearly communicate value, ROI, and growth potential.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation, contract signing, and handover to the account management team.
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-organised pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay on top of e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging brands to spot new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to refine pitches and improve conversion rates.
- Represent the brand professionally at virtual events, webinars, and occasional industry meet-ups.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in online sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role (experience selling to e-commerce or DTC brands is a strong plus).
- Confident, articulate communicator who can pitch and present with energy and credibility over video calls and written outreach.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist).
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, DTC brands, marketing, and online retail.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Existing network of contacts within the e-commerce or DTC space.
- Experience working at an agency, SaaS platform, marketplace, or affiliate/partnership network.
- Understanding of performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate models.
