**Position Overview** Lykans Realty is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our firm **with their own established team of at least 7 Property Consultants**. This role is specifically designed for a market-ready leader to integrate their existing pod into our Off-Plan division. **Core Responsibilities** * **Team Integration:** Successfully onboard and manage your existing team of 7+ consultants. * **Off-Plan Sales:** Drive primary market revenue by targeting key developer launches across Dubai. * **Performance Management:** Set and maintain high conversion standards for all team members. * **Pipeline Oversight:** Monitor team CRM activity, ensuring rigorous follow-up and deal closing. **Requirements** * **Team Requirement:** Must have an active, existing team of **at least 7 qualified sales agents** ready to transition. * **Experience:** Minimum 1+ years in the Dubai off-plan sector with proven leadership success. * **Market Insight:** Deep knowledge of current developer projects, payment plans, and market inventory. **Compensation & Support** * **Competitive base salary plus high-tier commission overrides on total team production.** * **Full company-funded marketing support, including lead generation and portal visibility.** * **Dedicated administrative and conveyancing assistance.** Work Location: In person
