**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring 4 - 8 years of proven experience in real estate sales, a strong network of channel partners and HNIs, and a sharp understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing * Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients * Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling * Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy * Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion * Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance * Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads **Requirements:** * 4 - 8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment * Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage * Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
