As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and achieving revenue targets while strengthening long-term client relationships.Responsibilities• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in Xerox and printing solutions.• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous development.• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments within the printing industry.• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and key accounts.• Oversee client negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements.• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing escalations and maintaining service quality standards.• Support the team in closing high-value deals and complex sales opportunities.• Stay updated on Xerox technologies, printing solutions, and industry advancements.Qualifications• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably in printing, Xerox solutions, or related industries.• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Solid understanding of sales management principles, CRM systems, and reporting tools.• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.• Proficiency in English required.• Valid driving license is mandatory.Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 depending on Experience.
