We are looking for a results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our sales team, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in meeting sales targets and a passion for mentoring talent.
Key Responsibilities
* **Lead & Mentor:** Supervise and motivate the sales team to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
* **Strategy Development:** Create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to expand our market presence.
* **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor sales metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.
* **Market Analysis:** Identify emerging markets and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Skills & Qualifications
* **Experience:** 3–5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and team coaching.
* **Problem Solving:** Ability to handle complex customer issues and provide creative solutions.
* **Technical Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and **Microsoft Excel**.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
