Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review. - Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, preferably in the UAE market. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. - In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, sales techniques, and legal requirements in the UAE. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to achieving targets. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred. **Key Demographic Requirements** - applicants must be: * Based in UAE * Fluent Arabic Speaker Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
