Job Description – Sales Executive (XLPE / NBR Products)Position Title:

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) and NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) products to industrial, construction, insulation, cable, automotive, HVAC, and manufacturing customers. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, achieving sales targets, and supporting technical sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for XLPE and NBR products.
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors.
* Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams for order execution.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
* Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
* 2–5 years of sales experience in polymers, rubber, insulation, cable compounds, or industrial materials.
* Knowledge of XLPE and NBR applications and market segments preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Valid driving license preferred.

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales operations for XLPE and NBR products, driving revenue growth, developing strategic accounts, managing the sales team, and expanding market presence across target industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for XLPE and NBR product lines.
* Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.
* Identify new markets, distributors, and key industrial customers.
* Manage major accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
* Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
* Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
* Coordinate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Negotiate high-value contracts and commercial agreements.
* Monitor receivables and ensure effective credit control.
* Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
* Generate management reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related discipline.
* 5–10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in polymers, rubber compounds, cable compounds, insulation materials, or petrochemical products.
* Proven experience in team management and business development.
* Strong understanding of XLPE and NBR applications and industrial markets.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
