Sales Manager - B2C Telecom

VEGA LEADER, an **authorized partner of Virgin Mobile UAE**, is seeking a high-performing **Sales Manager who has their own visa to** lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, managing a strong sales team, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets * Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies * Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs * Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share * Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing sales channels * Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team * Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required * Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards * Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management * Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) * Minimum **3–5 years of sales experience**, including at least **2 years in a managerial role** * Proven experience in **B2C telecom sales in the UAE** (strong advantage) * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills * Strong target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results * Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment * Strong accountability mindset focused on results and execution **What We Are Looking For** * A high-performance leader who thrives on targets and competition * Someone who can build, lead, and scale a winning sales team * A results-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers consistently * A leader who is not afraid to make tough decisions when required **Compensation & Benefits** * Salary up to **AED 15,000**, based on experience and performance * Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Work with an authorized partner of Virgin Mobile UAE **Please share your CV in the email below, with the subject line corresponding to the position for which you are applying.
