We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager & Business Partner to lead our growth strategy and strengthen our market presence. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and leadership-driven Sales Manager & Business Partner who can manage admissions growth, lead sales operations, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the long-term business expansion of our online school. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement overall sales and business growth strategies * Lead student admissions and conversion strategies * Build strong partnerships with schools, educational consultants, and business networks * Manage sales team and coordinate with admission counselors * Oversee digital lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes * Strengthen brand visibility across UAE, India, and international markets * Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for business promotions * Analyze sales performance metrics and improve ROI * Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels * Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments Requirements * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational management * Strong leadership and commanding communication skills * Experience in education sector / online schooling / EdTech is highly preferred * Strong understanding of admissions, sales closing, and client relationship management * Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets * Familiarity with UAE education market is an added advantage What We Offer * Opportunity to become a key leader in a growing online education brand * Flexible remote working environment * Performance-based growth opportunities * Long-term business partnership possibilities for the right candidate Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
