**Laureate Properties-Sales Manager** Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Sales About Laureate Properties We are a fast-growing Dubai real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan investments, luxury properties, investor advisory, and high-performance sales operations. We are building a scalable, performance-driven organization focused on quality lead generation, strong ethics, operational discipline, and elite client service. We are seeking an experienced and **results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, recruit, train, and scale a high-performing sales team** **while ensuring aggressive revenue growth and full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.** Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for: * Building and managing a real estate sales team * Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets * Driving conversion from leads * Training and mentoring agents * Monitoring KPIs and CRM discipline * Ensuring adherence to RERA and company compliance standards * Improving team productivity and profitability This role requires a leader with strong Dubai real estate experience, team management capability, and the ability to create a high-performance sales culture. **Key Responsibilities:** *Team Recruitment & Development* * Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing real estate agents * Build a scalable and target-driven sales team * Conduct interviews and talent evaluations * Ensure all team members meet company and RERA standards * Develop structured onboarding and continuous training programs * Monitor agent productivity and performance metrics * Create accountability systems for daily activity and follow-ups *Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation* * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets * Drive team performance to maximize lead conversion * Personally handle strategic clients and high-value investors * Monitor pipeline management and closing ratios * Ensure efficient lead allocation and follow-up systems * Improve conversion rates from company-generated Meta leads * Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties * Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews **KPI & Performance Management** The ideal candidate will be accountable for: * Team sales revenue * Individual agent performance * Lead response times * Client meeting targets * Booking conversion ratios * Revenue per agent * CRM reporting accuracy * Team retention and productivity Target ExpectationsTeam Hiring Targets * Recruit and maintain a productive sales team * Ensure all new hires complete onboarding and training successfully * Maintain minimum team productivity standards * Reduce attrition through coaching and leadership **Monthly Sales Targets** Expected deliverables may include: * Team booking targets * Revenue generation targets * Lead conversion benchmarks * Minimum qualified meetings and follow-ups * Consistent pipeline growth ***Specific KPIs and targets will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and team size.*** **Training & Coaching Responsibilities** * Conduct daily sales briefings and motivation sessions * Train agents on: * Off-plan sales * Objection handling * Investor psychology * CRM usage * Lead conversion * Presentation skills * Negotiation strategies * Closing techniques * Ensure agents understand Dubai real estate laws and ethical sales practices * Implement role-play sessions and performance improvement programs **RERA Compliance & Operational Discipline** * Ensure full adherence to RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws * Maintain compliance across all sales activities and advertising practices * Ensure agents use approved documentation and procedures * Monitor ethical sales conduct and transparency with clients * Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction reporting * Coordinate with compliance and administration teams for documentation accuracy * Prevent unauthorized promises, misleading marketing, or policy violations **Compensation Structure:** Competitive fixed salary based on experience and leadership capability. Attractive Commission Structure on team override + personal closings Performance Bonuses Additional incentives based on: * Team target achievement * Recruitment success * Revenue milestones * Team productivity **Mandatory requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of Dubai real estate sales experience * Previous experience managing a sales team * Strong knowledge of off-plan market and developers * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Deep understanding of RERA regulations * Experience handling Meta generated leads * Strong CRM and reporting discipline * Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment **Preferred Skills** * Existing broker / agent network * Luxury sales experience * Investor relationship management * Team scaling experience * Advanced negotiation and closing ability * Strong presentation skills Wha
