A leading organization in the **cement manufacturing** and building materials sector is seeking a highly experienced **Sales Manager** to drive business growth and strengthen its market presence across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
This role is best suited for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in the UAE construction materials market and a strong network within the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability objectives.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market.
* Manage and expand relationships with contractors, developers, ready-mix companies, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
* Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and supply arrangements.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
* Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Support credit control and collection activities to maintain healthy receivables.
* Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
**Qualifications & Experience**
* **MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline (mandatory).**
* **Attested MBA degree required.**
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
* Minimum **10 years of sales experience in the UAE**, with significant exposure to the cement, building materials, construction materials, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of the UAE construction and infrastructure market.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities.
* Valid UAE driving license.
**Preferred Profile**
* Direct experience in cement manufacturing or cement trading environments.
* Established network of contacts within contractors, developers, infrastructure projects, and construction-related organizations in the UAE.
* Experience handling large-volume sales accounts and strategic key customers.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Salary: AED 20,000 – 26,000 per month
* Company-provided 2 BHK accommodation
* Vehicle provided
* Fuel allowance
* Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month
