The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan sales, a strong network within the Dubai property market, and the leadership skills necessary to drive a high-performing sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan projects. * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients. * Conduct regular market research to stay informed about new launches, competitor activity, and market trends. * Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the sales team. * Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3-4 years of experience** in off-plan property sales in **Dubai**. * In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and major developers. * Proven sales track record in off-plan properties. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Valid UAE driving license (preferred). * RERA certification is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with attractive commission structure. * Access to premium off-plan projects from top developers. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
