Job Description – Sales Manager (Offset & Digital Printing) **Position:** Sales Manager **Industry:** Offset & Digital Printing **Location:** Jumeirah Lakes Towers - Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Offset and Digital Printing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets for a wide range of printing solutions including marketing materials, corporate stationery, packaging, labels, promotional items, and large-format printing. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development * Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, government, and industrial sectors. * Promote the company's offset and digital printing services to prospective clients. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. Sales & Account Management * Meet with clients to understand their printing requirements and provide suitable solutions. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements. * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. * Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders. Product Portfolio Market and sell: * Offset Printing * Digital Printing * Business Cards * Brochures & Catalogues * Flyers & Leaflets * Corporate Stationery * Books & Magazines * Packaging Materials * Labels & Stickers * Promotional Printing * Banners & Large Format Printing * Customized Printing Solutions Coordination & Reporting * Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. * Monitor customer orders from quotation stage to final delivery. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in offset printing, digital printing, packaging, advertising, or a related industry. * Strong understanding of printing materials, processes, and production techniques. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred. Skills Required * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong client relationship management abilities. * Knowledge of offset and digital printing technologies. * Ability to prepare accurate printing quotations and cost estimates. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
