**Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate** **Department:** Sales **Reports To:** General Manager / Director of Sales Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales team to achieve company sales targets. The role involves overseeing sales activities, managing leads, supporting agents, monitoring performance, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sales strategy implementation, commission management, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share. * Monitor daily sales activities, client follow-ups, and pipeline management. * Assign and track leads received from property portals, marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. * Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead management through the company's CRM system. * Monitor agent performance and provide coaching, training, and support where required. * Review and oversee sales documentation, including reservation forms, MOUs, SPA documents, and client KYC requirements. * Coordinate with developers, clients, legal teams, and relevant authorities to facilitate successful transactions. * Verify and approve commission calculations for sales agents and external brokers in accordance with company policies. * Monitor property listings on portals such as Bayut and Property Finder and ensure listing quality and lead generation effectiveness. * Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. * Resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations. Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. * Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and sales processes. * Experience in lead management, CRM systems, and property portal management. * Understanding of sales documentation and transaction procedures. * Knowledge of commission structures and brokerage operations.
