Sandwich Panel Sales Manager — Job DescriptionJob Title **Sandwich Panel Sales Manager** Job Summary The Sandwich Panel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships for sandwich panel products used in construction, cold storage, industrial buildings, warehouses, and prefabricated structures. The role involves achieving sales targets, preparing commercial proposals, coordinating with technical and production teams, and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. * Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, industrial, refrigeration, and infrastructure sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, fabricators, and distributors. * Promote sandwich panel products including: * PUF/PIR panels * Cold room panels * Roofing and wall cladding systems * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and commercial proposals. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients. * Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution. * Monitor project progress and customer satisfaction. * Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. * Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of sales experience in sandwich panels, steel structures, roofing systems, insulation products, or construction materials. * Strong knowledge of building materials and construction industry practices. * Experience in the GCC/UAE market preferred. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
