**Sales Manager – Steel Supply & Distribution Division**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Steel Supply & Distribution Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the steel industry, a strong customer network, and a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, client presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and volume targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the construction, infrastructure, contracting, and industrial sectors within the UAE.
* Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and project developers.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
* Monitor steel market movements, pricing trends, and competitor activities to support business strategy.
* Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence, and performance updates to senior management.
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and contracts with clients.
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
* Any other duties assigned
**Requirements**
* 8–10 years of proven sales experience within a steel supplier, distributor, trading company, or related industry.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong knowledge of steel products, including structural steel, flat products, long products, stainless steel, pipes, and tubes.
* Well-established network of decision-makers and key stakeholders within relevant industries.
* Comprehensive understanding of steel pricing mechanisms, mill supply dynamics, and project procurement processes.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
* Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market environment.
