The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses.Negotiate offers and close transactions in compliance with legal requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legislation.Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent Arabic and Kurdish written and verbal communication skills (English is a plus)Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws. How to apply  Send your CV to [email protected]
