**Salesforce Technical Architect / Project Manager (12-Month Contract) – Dubai** Location Dubai, UAE Contract Duration 12 Months (Extendable based on project requirements) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Technical Architect** with strong **Project Management capabilities** to lead a large-scale enterprise CRM transformation program in Dubai. This role requires a highly technical architect who can define solution architecture, guide implementation teams, engage with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations involving multiple Salesforce clouds and technologies, with particular emphasis on **Health Cloud**. The individual should be comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels, bridging business requirements with technical execution. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise Salesforce CRM programs. * Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures aligned with business objectives. * Provide technical leadership across multiple Salesforce platforms and integration landscapes. * Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Oversee implementation and governance of Salesforce best practices. * Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with project managers and leadership teams to ensure successful program delivery. * Review solution designs, code quality, integration approaches, and deployment strategies. * Support project planning, resource coordination, estimation, and stakeholder communications. * Mentor technical teams, developers, and solution architects. * Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry standards. Required Experience & Qualifications * 10+ years of CRM and enterprise application experience. * 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience. * Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation programs. * Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce products including: * Salesforce Sales Cloud * Salesforce Service Cloud * Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Salesforce Data Cloud * Salesforce Health Cloud * Experience Cloud * Integration and API frameworks * Demonstrated experience designing enterprise integrations with external systems. * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, data model, and governance frameworks. * Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams. * Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). * Ability to balance architectural leadership with delivery and project management responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications * Significant experience implementing **Salesforce Health Cloud** in healthcare, life sciences, payer, provider, or related industries. * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. * Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications. * PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous. * Experience with data migration, master data management, and enterprise data platforms. * Experience working in large enterprise or government transformation programs.
