We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Salon Manager** to lead our team in a well-established **women’s salon**. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in salon management, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. * Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team, ensuring excellent customer service. * Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization. * Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery. * Handle inventory management, product ordering, and stock control. * Ensure sales targets are met by promoting services and products. * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. * Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and service quality. * Ensure compliance with all salon policies and industry regulations. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Knowledge of beauty treatments, hair, makeup, and salon operations. * Ability to manage inventory and salon finances efficiently. * Proficiency in using salon management software. * Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
