**Salon Manager – Hybrid Front Desk & Operations (JVC, Dubai)**
Our client is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations while also managing front-desk and client-facing responsibilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced salon professional who can bring structure, consistency, and strong client service to a growing beauty business in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have prior salon experience, strong knowledge of salon pricing and workflows, and the ability to manage both staff and clients confidently. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, improving client experience, increasing booking conversions, and supporting the salon’s overall growth.
**Key Requirements**
* Prior salon experience is mandatory
* Strong understanding of salon operations, pricing, and service flow across hair, nails, facials, and related services
* Experience managing or coordinating salon teams preferred
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong front-desk, client-handling, and sales conversion abilities
* Confident handling walk-ins, bookings, inquiries, and client expectations
* Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using booking systems such as Fresha preferred
* Strong WhatsApp communication skills — fast, structured, and professional
* Ability to manage leads, spreadsheets, and basic admin tasks
* Comfortable supporting social media through daily stories and in-salon content
* Mature, composed, and able to handle pressure or conflict calmly
* Well-groomed, polished, and professional in appearance at all times
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and coordinate a team of 10–12 salon staff
* Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth service flow
* Handle staff scheduling, operational issues, and daily team coordination
* Ensure consistency across salon services including hair, nails, and other treatments
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, walk-ins, and inquiries
* Manage bookings, calendars, client flow, and front-desk communication
* Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally
* Build trust with clients and improve lead-to-booking conversion rates
* Communicate service value clearly, especially for premium treatments
* Manage client expectations in a price-sensitive market
* Maintain consistent messaging using scripts and service information
* Keep track of salon pricing, services, and client follow-ups
* Support marketing by posting daily Instagram stories and capturing in-salon content
* Help improve client retention, team structure, and overall salon experience
**Ideal Candidate**
The ideal candidate is an experienced and well-presented salon professional who can confidently manage both front-of-house and daily operations. You should be able to bring structure to a new team, improve the client journey, support sales conversion, and operate independently with minimal hand-holding.
