We are currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team and support high-rise building projects. **Job Description:** The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate must have solid experience working on high-rise building projects within the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities * Ensure all scaffolding works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards * Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety * Manage and guide scaffolding teams on-site * Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project managers * Ensure proper use of materials and equipment * Maintain records of inspections and work progress * Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in UAE high-rise building projects * Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Good leadership and communication skills * Relevant certifications or training in scaffolding supervision preferred * Immediate availability is an advantage **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Medical insurance as per UAE labor law * Opportunity to work on major construction projects **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates can apply by sending their **CV and certificates to 0568969891** Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you available to start within 2 days?
