SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our **Geotechnical Laboratory** team. The ideal candidate should have **3–4 years of experience** in a **fast-paced work environment**, preferably with a **civil engineering or construction background**. You will be responsible for managing the **entire accounting cycle**, including **Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)**, and preparing **MIS reports**. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage **end-to-end accounting functions** * Process and monitor **Accounts Receivable (AR)** and **Accounts Payable (AP)** * Prepare and analyze **MIS reports** and financial statements * Handle **monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings** * Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring * Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 3–4 years of accounting experience in a **fast-paced environment** * Civil or geotechnical industry background is a **plus** * Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.) * Solid knowledge of **AR, AP**, and **MIS reporting** * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * **Immediate joiners** will be given priority Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
