Senior Accountant

**Job Title: Accountant (FTA & VAT Knowledge Required)** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. * Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations. * Handle VAT registration, filing, and compliance in accordance with UAE regulations. * Ensure compliance with requirements of the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). * Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Maintain accurate documentation and support management reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA requirements. * Experience in VAT return preparation and submission. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. **Preferred:** * Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent). * Experience in handling corporate tax compliance. **Location:** abu dhabi **Employment Type:** Full-Time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour Work Location: In person
