Senior Accountant

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for **Senior Accountant** to join our team in Abu Dhabi. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, and company policies * Handle VAT filings and liaise with the Federal Tax Authority * Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting * Review and reconcile property-related transactions (leases, service charges, escrow accounts, etc.) * Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits * Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management * Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules * Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred * Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management * Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle) * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills **What We Provide:** * Competitive salary as per the market * Official employment under UAE Labour Law * Employment visa and medical insurance * Modern office and friendly environment at work If you are seeking dynamic growth and want to be part of a team who builds the future of Abu Dhabi, send your application!
