Senior Accountant

###### **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. * Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. * Monitor general ledger accuracy and accounting compliance. * Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances. * Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules. * Coordinate with tax advisors and support tax filing requirements. * Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations. * Assist in implementation and enhancement of internal controls. * Support budgeting and reporting requirements when needed. * Ensure proper accounting documentation and audit readiness. * Participate in process improvement initiatives across finance operations. ###### **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 6–9 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. * Experience in oil & gas, EPC, contracting, or multi-entity operational businesses is preferred. * Good understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit requirements. * Experience in preparing financial statements, schedules, and variance analysis. * Knowledge of tax requirements and coordination with external auditors/advisors. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure. ###### **Years Of Experience:** **6 - 9** ###### **Location:** **Cairo** ###### **Contract Type:** **Full Time**
