Senior Accountant

### **Contexte et environnement** * SAP & Accounting Knowledge of all agreements to perform day to day activities. * Respond to External (Suppliers) & internal requests. * Knowledge and understanding of supplier chain process. * Expert in fixed assets capitalization ### **Activités** **General Ledger:** * Maintain proper 4xxxx Accounts Analysis & aging & clearing follow up. * Support controlling team on class 4 accounts reconciliation and follow up. * Reconcile TERDME Capitalized COD accrual versus Assets CO CAPEX COD. * Cooperate with controlling team to ensure proper provisions, impairment & general accruals accurate booking. * Cooperate with controlling team to clean any unnecessary general accruals. * Support Tax team for essential analysis & VAT accounts clearing. * CAP files preparation, filling the CAP for required entities & reconciling with the reporting Dashboard. * Intercompany monthly reconciliation * Foreign Exchange monthly reevaluation. * IFR16 assessment, calculations & schedules preparations. * Prepare Free Zone Financial statements.s **Fixed Assets:** * Reconcile Assets with operation team. * Contribute to Assets stock count. * Maintain & update clean work in progress assets. * Submit monthly capex analysis to controlling team. * Reconcile carry forward balances. * Cooperate with controlling team to record the essential accruals. * Submit to external auditors for all Fixed assets & depreciation analysis. **Accounts Payable Overseeing:** * In charge of updating its procedure. * Oversee correct booking in SAP & all documentations. * Manage the whole payable cycle & ensure controls are well established. * Attending to the auditors for all accounts related queries. * Post all monthly accruals and reversal as per required by controlling team. * Maintain proper accounts payable aging. ### **Profil du candidat** * Bachelor’s degree in finance or Higher degree with 10 years or more experience in the field of accounting, auditing and Fiscal domains * Professional experience: Financial Accounts, Accounts Reconciliations – Accounts Statements. * SAP knowledge/experience. * Inter-personal and communication skills, team player, dedicated, flexible and self-motivated. * Finance business partnering mind set with an excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solvi * Good command of English language. ### **Informations supplémentaires** **TotalEnergies valorise la diversité, promeut le développement individuel et offre des opportunités d'emploi égales à tous les candidats.**
