**Senior Accountant – Construction Industry Experience Required** Location: Dubai, UAE We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the **construction industry** and strong knowledge of accounting procedures, financial reporting, and UAE regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and job costing activities. * Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers. * Handle payroll accounting, expense tracking, and cash flow management. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with auditors and assist in year-end audit activities. * Prepare management reports and support financial decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control. * Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. * Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards. * Professional qualification (ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA) is an advantage. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional and dynamic work environment.
