Senior Accountant

HSH Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax, along with hands-on experience in accounting operations within a dynamic business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records * Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing of VAT returns * Handle Corporate Tax calculations, filings, and compliance requirements * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow * Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting * Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial activities **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in real estate sector) * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws * Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel * Excellent analytical and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
