Senior Accountant

* Preparing MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports and other financial reports to keep track of financial performance. * Assisting annual budgets as well as conducting variance analysis to find out causes of deviation and undertaking corrective measures. * Assisting annual budgets as well as conducting variance analysis to find out causes of deviation and undertaking corrective measures. * Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing MIS reports. * Making sure the records are strictly in accordance with the provisions of Companies Ordinance and IFRS. * Responsible for daily funds position, receivables position & reporting to Finance Manager. * Coordinate the departments and ensure that all accounts responsibilities are handled efficiently. * Assist and Support Finance Manager for renewing the Bank facilities and STL. * Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. * Manage the Invoice generation Operation & Credit Control. * Ensure reconciliation of all sub ledgers & general ledger is performed on regular basis. * Ensure General Ledger entries are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & International Accounting Standards. * Finalize Trial Balance with supporting schedules for Audit. * Coordinate with audit team as well as management to exchange information, coordinate tasks as well as discuss and resolve audit-related concerns to ensure transparency and fairness. * Accounts payable: Invoice booking, payment release, supplier reconciliations, and management of account payable issues coordinating with purchase and logistics departments. * Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of debtors and creditors. * Prepare debtors’ listings & constantly follow up for payments. * Prepare creditors aging, advance to supplier and movement schedule monthly. * Monthly accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, GL analysis, monitoring of clearing accounts and bank reconciliation.
