Senior Accountant (Holiday Homes Specialist)

Our working hours are among the easiest in town! * **Location:** Beautiful office at **Jaddaf Waterfront** – just a 5-minute walk from the Metro Station. * **Growth:** Real opportunities for career progression and income improvement as we grow together. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Full-Cycle Accounting:** Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. * **Tax Compliance:** Prepare and file **Corporate Tax and VAT** returns (UAE MoF & FTA regulations). * **Financial Reporting:** Prepare periodic statements, budgets, and cash flow reports. * **Audit & Control:** Audit account statements and internal records for 100% accuracy. * **Operations:** Oversee debt collection and accurately calculate commissions and expenses. * **Advisory:** Provide financial insights to help us optimize costs and grow. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Accounting/Finance **within the UAE**. * **Tools:** Expert proficiency in **QuickBooks** and MS Excel. * **Tax Knowledge:** Solid understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws. * **Languages:** **Fluent in Arabic & English** (Written and Spoken). * **Industry:** Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is a huge plus. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. **Package:** * **Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (All-inclusive). * **Benefits:** Standard UAE Labor Law benefits (Medical Insurance, etc.). * **Joining Date:** Within 2-4 weeks.
