Senior Accountant Manager

KST Gulf Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and hands-on **Senior Accountant Manager** to lead our accounting operations in Dubai. This is a key role for a seasoned finance professional who can own the full accounting cycle, manage a small team, and ensure the company's financial records, reports, and compliance are always accurate and up to date. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage **day-to-day accounting operations** including income, expenses, and financial records * Supervise and guide a **small team of accountants**, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance * Manage **accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)** processes end-to-end * Handle **petty cash management**, cash vouchers, and payment voucher processing * Prepare and present detailed **income and expense reports** for senior management * Manage and track all **company expenses** with proper documentation and controls * Process **WPS payroll** and coordinate salary disbursements * Clear and process **company bills** — online and through Al Ansari Exchange * Prepare **bank reconciliation statements** on a regular basis * Generate **Excel-based financial reports** and management summaries * Ensure accurate **general ledger maintenance**, journal entries, and month-end closing * Support internal and external **audits** with complete documentation * **UAE VAT filing** experience is a strong advantage **Requirements** * **Minimum 10 years of UAE-based accounting experience** — mandatory * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent (any relevant qualification accepted) * Proven proficiency in **Tally ERP / Tally Prime** — required * Strong **Microsoft Excel** skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting) * Hands-on experience in **WPS payroll processing** * Experience processing payments via **Al Ansari Exchange** or similar platforms * Strong knowledge of **AP/AR, petty cash, and expense management** * UAE VAT filing experience — **a strong plus** * Ability to **lead and manage a small accounting team** * UAE **driving license** is an advantage * Excellent attention to detail, reliable, and deadline-driven * Open to all nationalities **What We Offer** * Salary: **AED 6,500 – 7,500** per month * Ownership of a key finance function with leadership responsibility * Professional and collaborative work environment Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Experience: * UAE: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
