The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering insightful dashboards, defining business logic, and enabling self-service analytics across the organization. **What You'll Do** * Design and develop **interactive Power BI dashboards and reports** aligned with business requirements * Build and maintain a robust **semantic/business logic layer** to ensure consistent data definitions * Develop **DAX measures**, calculated columns, and KPIs to support analytical needs * Implement and manage **Row-Level Security (RLS)** to control data access * Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions * Optimize data models and reports for **performance, scalability, and usability** * Enable and promote **self-service BI capabilities** for business users * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with governance standards * Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of BI solutions **What We're Looking For** * 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence development * Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Dashboarding, Data Modeling, Visualization) * Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) * Experience designing semantic models and business logic layers * Solid understanding of data modeling concepts * Experience with implementing Row-Level Security (RLS)
