**Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive** Medical Clinic & Ambulance Leasing
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to lead revenue growth across our medical clinic and ambulance leasing services. This role will focus on securing high-value contracts with oil & gas and construction companies, building long-term partnerships, and driving overall business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry connections, commercial acumen, and leadership capability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a **comprehensive business development strategy** for clinic services and ambulance leasing
* Lead acquisition of **large-scale contracts** with oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, and construction firms
* Identify and penetrate new markets, projects, and client segments
* Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
* Oversee **tendering process** (RFQs, RFPs, pre-qualifications) and ensure competitive positioning
* Build and maintain relationships with **senior stakeholders** (project directors, procurement heads, HSE managers)
* Drive **clinic business growth** through corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, and referral networks
* Collaborate with operations, medical, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract compliance
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
* Lead, mentor, and guide junior business development staff (if applicable)
* Prepare and present **monthly performance reports**, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
* 5 years of experience in business development.
* Proven track record of securing contracts in **oil & gas, construction, or industrial services**
* Strong network with **contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and corporate clients in the UAE**
* Experience in **ambulance services, medical clinics, or healthcare outsourcing** is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of **tendering and contract management processes**
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Valid UAE driving license
