The Senior Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s client portfolio, and driving revenue growth for Parkonic Parking Systems & Management LLC. The role focuses on promoting parking management solutions, smart parking technologies, valet services, parking operations, and related business services across the UAE market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking management services and smart parking solutions. * Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients, property developers, malls, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, and government entities. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities. * Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and service agreements. * Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with prospective clients. * Coordinate with operations and technical departments to ensure proper project execution and client satisfaction. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. * Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to promote company services. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. * Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports. * Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. * Monitor customer requirements and provide customized parking and mobility solutions. * Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. * UAE experience in parking management, facilities management, smart technology, or related industries is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of parking systems, valet operations, mobility solutions, and facility services is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong client relationship management abilities. * Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. * UAE Driving License is mandatory. **Preferred Skills:** * Strong networking and business acquisition capabilities. * Strategic thinking and commercial awareness. * Ability to prepare detailed business proposals and contracts. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
